SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY:
We at @luxe by design deliver products Australia wide using Australia Post. We are shipping goods free of charge, if you spend $50 and over, except for Bulky Goods such as Furniture & Lighting items, and international deliveries. These will be quoted on at time of order and a staff member will contact you to discuss the additional charges.
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days. Shipping times are estimated at between 4-7 business days depending on your location within Australia.
@luxe by design ships good Australia wide and internationally. All transactions are processed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
All of our prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) as of 1/10/11. Product prices are regularly updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the product required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
Amex, Visa and Mastercard are accpeted via SecurePay for direct payment, or Visa and Mastercard are accpeted via PostPay by Australia Post. If you choose to use PostPay at the checkout click on the PostPay logo at right for the PostPay terms and conditions.
CUSTOMER SERVICE POLICY:
@luxe by design is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all products listed on our website are currently in stock and pricing is true and correct. Standard delivery timeframes are between 4-9 business days; in the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
Your satisfaction is our main concern. If you are unhappy with an item you can exchange within 14 calendar days from receipt. In order to do so, you must contact our office on 03)42080562 or email us. Upon agreement, you must return the goods to us within 14 days of receipt at the address stated on your invoice. You must pay the freight cost on the item's return, whilst, @luxe by design will pay to ship replacement item back to you. The product you return must be in: new, unused, pristine and unmarked condition, with all the original packaging unmarked, and in saleable condition.
Whenever you use our web site, or any other web site, the computer on which the web pages are stored (the Web server) needs to know the network address of your computer so that it can send the requested web pages to your internet browser. The unique network address of your computer is called it's "IP address" and is sent automatically each time you access any Internet site. From a computer's IP address, it is possible to determine the general geographic location of that computer but otherwise it is anonymous.
We do not keep a record of the IP addresses from which users access our site excep where you have specifically provided us with information about yourself, in which case we also record your IP address for security purposes. An example of this would be when proceeding to a checkout to finalise an order you may wish to make. After completing the form provided, your IP address will be stored along with a transaction number that allows us to track your order.
When purchasing from @luxe by design, your financial details are passed through a secure server using the latest 128-bit SSL (secure socket layer) encryption technology. 128-bit SSL encryption is the current industry standard.
